In January 2026, MTJ made further progress in the overseas railway market by completing two important shipments of railway wheels to Bangladesh, strengthening its cooperation in the South Asian rail transit sector.
On January 7, MTJ successfully shipped 456 WMJL1092-1 railway wheels. The products underwent forging, heat treatment, machining, and full-dimension inspection in accordance with the production process. After passing final quality inspection, protective packaging was applied to ensure safety and integrity during long-distance sea transportation.
On January 29, MTJ completed a second shipment consisting of 200 WBD725 wheels and 200 MJL1092C wheels. The different wheel models were designed according to axle load and operating conditions, providing excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and operational stability to meet long-term service requirements of railway vehicles.
During production, MTJ strictly implemented its quality control system and monitored key processes throughout the entire manufacturing cycle. From raw material inspection, ultrasonic testing, and hardness testing to dimensional inspection and balance control, all procedures were carried out according to standards to ensure stable and reliable performance.
