On May 6, 2026, Ma'anshan Tianjun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (MTJ) successfully completed the loading and shipment of 60 WCL840A railway wheels. The batch has officially departed for Peru, further demonstrating MTJ’s stable production capability and international service strength in the railway wheel manufacturing industry.
The WCL840A wheels were manufactured by MTJ according to customer requirements. The entire production process covered multiple key stages, including forging, heat treatment, machining, and inspection, with strict quality control standards implemented throughout to ensure excellent wear resistance, fatigue performance, and operational reliability.
